I’ve been building Tilbudsroboten , a quoting platform made specifically for Norwegian tradespeople such as plumbers, electricians, carpenters and painters. The idea came from a simple problem. You finish a site visit, drive to the next job, and still have to sit down later to write the quote. With Tilbudsroboten, you can describe the job using voice or text while you are still at the customer’s site. The platform helps turn that into a structured quote using your company’s own hourly rates, material prices and terms. You review everything before sending it. The customer receives a link by email and can review and sign the quote directly in the browser. No account or app is required. You can also see when a customer opens the quote, send reminders, track the status, manage signed PDFs and create separate quotes for additional work that comes up during a job.
