We have been facing issues with WhatsApp constantly for the past few months. Trying to contact support is futile. You can only get their useless AI to chat with.<p>So, we discovered that for $50 per month, you can contact human support once. It seems bad considering we already pay them $3k a month, but we needed the help and paid the $50.<p>After 4 days of them not responding, they sent us a message that they were ready to help. 15 minutes later, which I didn&#x27;t respond in, they closed the ticket.<p>They didn&#x27;t schedule a time when they would reply when I first opened the ticket. I just had to make sure that I can respond to their message instantly in a random 15 minutes interval over 4 days.<p>Now, to open a new ticket, I have to pay them $150!!!<p>How is this not a scam?
