之前注册的国外银行卡有点多，一直都没有关注过邮件信息，最近才发现N26账号已经登录不上了，来站里一查才发现法区封号的情况，我查找历史邮件发现了这封封号邮件： 由于账号已经无法登录，但是我的账户里面还剩不少欧元，因此让AI助手分析了一下邮件，并找寻合适的退费方式，N26邮件里面明确【剩余资金只能释放到你本人名下，并且注册在 SEPA 国家/地区的银行账户】，以及需要提供文件证明，发现使用Wise比较合适（个人意见，有合适银行的也可以，ifast英区不知道行不行，脱欧了吧），现在提供我的操作流程供有需要的佬友使用： 1、开通Wise,国区也可，后续在里面开通欧洲账号（这块站里教程很多，就不再写了）； 2、打开wise APP，点击欧洲账号，点击右上角三个点，找到【账户所有权证明】，打开是一个wise的欧洲账号证明PDF文件，下载备用。 3、找到当初封号的邮件，直接点击回复，内容可以参考以下模板，将里面的： Account Holder: XXX IBAN: SWIFT/BIC: Bank Name and Address: Wise, XXX 换成自己wise里面的（可以点击wise app里面的欧洲账户中间的BE开头的按钮，弹窗右上角有分享按钮，可以点击拷贝详细信息） Subject: Re: Cancellation of your account – Request for Payout of Remaining Balance Dear N26 Team, I am writing in response to your email regarding the termination and closure of my N26 account. Unfortunately, I did not notice the notification in time and was therefore unable to transfer the remaining balance before the account closure date. I am now unable to access my N26 account. I would therefore kindly request that the remaining balance in my N26 account be transferred to my alternative SEPA account held with Wise. Please find my beneficiary account details below: Account Holder: XXX IBAN: SWIFT/BIC: Bank Name and Address: Wise, XXX I have also attached an official Proof of Account Ownership issued by Wise, confirming that I am the holder of the above account and showing my name, IBAN and SWIFT/BIC details.
