I've built an app called PomoFriends, its a basic pomodoro timer with all the tricks of the pomodoro, plus a social element. You can join a random room or create your own and focus on the task while others can do the same, and you can see what everyone else is working on. It includes several features that I've put a lot of thought into: async and sync timers, tasks, a leaderboard, streaks, and a customization to the app so you can choose the theme you like. I'm not asking anyone here to use it regularly. I'd just like some feedback, mostly on how to improve my user retention. Please try it out here: https://www.pomofriends.com Also, I don't get a lot of users but if there are any issues i always try to resolve them. I use PostHog for tracking, which basically lets me see where users run into pain points. For example, I noticed that some people create their accounts but never start the timer, maybe because it was too finicky. So i made it more obvious on how to use it and added the "Quick start" tours. Thats just one of the recent usability improvements, and I'm hoping for more feedback and maybe some ideas on what would make this app stand out from other group timers.
