been working on this for a while, it's called Witch https://witch.pw basically it's website monitoring that goes a bit further than just telling you the server is up the free plan does HTTP + TLS monitoring, and the paid plans add actual Chromium checks, visual baselines, failed asset detection, alerts, reports etc most of the work lately has actually been trying to stop it from crying wolf every time some random thing on a website changes ads rotate, feeds move around, analytics dies, lazy loaded stuff shifts the page. none of that should instantly become an incident but if your css stops loading, an important button disappears or the page renders completely broken, then yeah that's something i want it to catch still very much at the stage where i want people throwing real websites at it and finding the weird edge cases i haven't thought of if anyone tries it and it reports something stupid, misses something obvious or renders your site wrong, send it my way   submitted by   /u/stefan10xdd [link]   [comments]
