最近电脑莫名其妙开机出现一个powershell弹窗，背景是蓝色的，空白无文字就是一个光标跳动，我手动打开的终端或powershell都是背景黑色的。蓝底空白弹窗说明系统调用的是传统的WindowsPowerShell5.1（powershell.exe），而非WindowsTerminal或PowerShell7
