Original Summary
everyonepoker.com The idea was lichess but for poker. Poker sites are either real money or fake-currency grinds designed to sell you more fake currency, and I wanted the third thing: you sit down, you play, and the only number that follows you around is a rating. Six-max sit-and-go or heads-up, fast or standard. No signup to start. You get a guest name and can claim it later if you want to keep the rating. Bots fill the empty seats in casual games so there is something to play when the site is quiet, which at the moment is most of the time. Every match gets a permanent public page with the full hand history, and the shuffle is provably fair: the seed is committed before the deal and revealed after. TypeScript end to end, Node and Postgres on one box. The engine is a pure function, the rating is Glicko-2, and there is a CFR+ solver in a web worker for the hardest bot. It is alpha. I posted it to another sub two days ago and got 334 views and not one comment, which I suspect means the pitch was wrong rather than the thing. So I would rather hear what is broken. The onboarding is the part I think is worst, because I know what all the buttons mean and I cannot see it fresh any more. submitted by /u/Novel_Objective_2542 [link] [comments]
