Original Summary
I've been managing a couple servers for my own stuff and I always had the same annoying setup. Terminal for ssh, another app for sftp, vscode when I needed to edit something and then another tool for databases. So a while ago I started building my own ssh client mostly for myself. The idea was basically that I didn't want servers to just be tabs with terminals in them. I wanted to click on a server and have everything related to it there. So each server in the app is more like a workspace. You can have a few terminals open, browse/edit files, use the code editor and connect to the database without leaving it. I've been using it myself while building it and eventually decided to turn it into an actual product. It's called SSHFlow. I'm at the point now where the app works and I'm trying to figure out distribution and whether enough other people actually have the same problem. I'm the developer btw, not trying to pretend I randomly found it lol https://sshflow.com If you work with servers I'd be interested to know what you use right now and whether something like this would actually make your workflow easier. submitted by /u/Embarrassed-Oven5828 [link] [comments]
