Original Summary
I have been building Sympel, a monitoring tool for MSPs managing Yeastar P-Series PBXs. I'm finally at the point where the product works and I can start selling it. The problem is that the market is extremely niche. I tried posting in r/yeastar first. It's a small community, but I immediately got useful questions about mobile alerts and why someone shoud user Sympel instead of just YCM. This made me wonder if going broader is even useful at this stage. For people here who have built niche B2B products: where did you actually find your first customers? Small industrie communities, cold email, direct outreach, partners, somethin else? I'm especially interested in experiences with vertical SaaS where the potential customer base is relatively small. submitted by /u/Kindly-Struggle-3744 [link] [comments]
