The problem wasn't that I didn't know I should take breaks. It was that another notification was too easy to dismiss. I wanted something that changed the context for a few seconds without locking me out of the page. That became Tilt Neck: Webpage Rotator—a small Chromium extension that briefly tilts webpage content, then restores it automatically. You can trigger it manually to move your neck left or right, or opt into timed/randomized reminders to pause and rest. I also added Esc/Restore because anything that changes a page should have an obvious escape hatch. Automatic features are off by default. It's free on the Chrome Web Store: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/tilt-neck-webpage-rotator/bncmhlhcfmpkgmnnadfadbecpoeliegj?hl=en Project page: https://tiltneck.xixi.page
