I built a tool that maps out a layer for your codebase, graphing contracts, capabilities, and test freshness into a single, stable artifact ( .project/surface.json ). The main priority was to give AI agents (like Claude Code or Cursor) instant orientation so they react much faster and more efficiently. However, a huge side effect is that it completely stops them from getting lost in expensive, token-drowning infinite loops when building.
