Quick bit of background so you know where this is coming from. Start of the year I had a product called Ancestorii, a family history thing. Spent £210 on ads, got 15k visitors, zero paying customers. Kept going anyway. It ended on 177 signups, no one ever paid, about 4 grand spent and I turned the ads off in may. Its still up because families have their stuff in there so im not taking it down. Nobody needed it today and later never comes, I just took a year to admit it. In august I built exam prep for aircraft engineers which is what I actually do for a living. One post in their subreddit, no ads, and a stranger paid full price 9 days later. Its at 78 users and 8 paying now and I spent about £25 on ads before turning them off. Same me, same AI writing the code, way less effort. Only difference is these people had an exam booked and already knew they had a problem. Nobody told me that a year ago. Chatgpt just kept building whatever I asked for and meta kept taking my money and nobody ever said mate who is going to pay for this. So I built the thing I wish I had back then. Its called AskSami. You connect your github repo and your live site, Sami reads the actual code and the actual pages and tells you if it can sell, who pays, who walks away, what the first thing wrong is and gives you a plan with one job a day. It doesnt post for you and it doesnt spend your money, it just tells you straight. I built it on my own so there will be stuff im missing and I want to know before I start charging.
