Hi! I recently built a side project called PitchPerfect AI . For anyone unfamiliar with UGC, UGC (user-generated content) creators make photos and videos for brands to use in their marketing and social media. Creators often communicate directly with brands about collaborations, rates, deliverables, usage rights, revisions, deadlines, and payment. One problem I noticed is that knowing how to respond professionally to a brand can be difficult , especially for newer creators. For example, a brand might offer $100 for multiple videos plus usage rights. The creator may know the offer is too low for what they’re being asked to do, but they don’t necessarily know how to counteroffer without sounding rude or potentially losing the opportunity. That’s why I built PitchPerfect AI . It’s an AI-assisted communication tool that helps UGC creators draft things like brand pitches, counteroffers, rate negotiations, follow-ups, responses about usage rights, scope-creep responses, late-payment messages, and other brand communications. The goal isn’t to replace the creator or negotiate on their behalf. The creator still decides their rates, edits the response, and chooses what to send. The tool just helps them figure out how to communicate what they want professionally instead of staring at a blank email. I’ve gotten the core product working and I’m now starting to put it in front of real users. I’d especially appreciate feedback on the idea, usability, and whether the problem/solution makes sense to someone seeing it for the first time.
