Original Summary
Not your TAM. Not your five-year GTM strategy. The next 10. If your answer is: “Probably outbound.” “Some LinkedIn.” “We'll run ads.” “Hopefully referrals.” You may have a product. But you don't have a predictable acquisition motion yet. At the seed stage, you don't need 7 channels. You need to discover one repeatable way to consistently reach the right buyers. So I'm curious: If you had to acquire your next 10 customers without increasing your ad spend, what would you do? I'd love to hear how founders are thinking about this. submitted by /u/sonusuman [link] [comments]
