Original Summary
I had started writing a long post about my five years of studying luxury marketing and working for a Champagne brand, but I’m going to keep it simple. Here’s a list of 5 points that will help you promote your product and attract your first users: 1 – Keep it simple: When someone asks you, “What is your product?” you usually think of all the awesome features you’ve added, your new logo, that latest blog post, etc. STOP! what people want to know is what problem you’re solving. And it has to be summed up in one sentence. 2 - Talk about your product: It doesn’t matter to whom i don’t care, it could be online or to someone you run into on the street. Whatever the case, talk about it at least once a day to one person. That’s what I call the 1-1-1 rule. 3 - Words speak louder than pictures: don’t just talk show. And if possible, use real images; everyone’s sick of AI-generated images, and they often make your product look cheap. 4 - Add value: We’re shifting from an attention economy to a trust economy. People are gravitating toward what they trust, not just what shines. Gary Vee talks a lot about this in his recent interviews, for those who are curious. And the best way to build trust is to add value. 5 - Ask yourself: “If this post I’m writing appeared in my feed, would I read it?” The same goes for the videos, carousels, photos, and ads you create. Look at everything from a third-person perspective. These are the tips I’ve gathered over the years through my studies, jobs, and project work. They’re what helped me grow my latest project from 0 to over 1,500 users. I’m curious to hear your feedback and learn what works for you I’m sure we have a lot to learn from each other! Have a great day, everyone, and happy coding! ☀️ Alex submitted by /u/No_Computer_1247 [link] [comments]
