Original Summary
I built TraceUX because small projects often need several separate tools to understand what users do, collect feedback, communicate updates, and manage support. TraceUX combines those pieces in one small, self-hosted Go and SQLite application. Current features: Session capture and replay using compact DOM event streams In-product feedback linked to sessions Announcements with reads, reactions, and comments per update Support tickets with threaded conversations Browser logs and backend performance metrics Unified Feedback and What's New widget NPM, manual, and Google Tag Manager installation options Slack notifications on certain events you need Multi-user dashboard access Optional retention and disk-usage limits Docker and single-binary deployment for small servers The goal is to give small teams a complete UX loop while keeping their data on infrastructure they control. Upcoming roadmap: Discord and additional webhook integrations Enhanced npm feedback widget OpenRouter integration AI-generated session and feedback summaries AI-powered smart search across user insights Live demo and documentation: https://trace-ux.builtbyfrank.dev Repository: https://github.com/fjosue4/trace-ux I’d appreciate feedback on the setup, the tracker integration, and which roadmap feature would be most useful. submitted by /u/fjosue44 [link] [comments]
