Original Summary
I'm looking for some advice. I want to launch project via Kickstarter. As in, I want to do a Kickstarter campaign that promotes a AI course or a knowledge base and academy kind of enterprise and community, that's exclusive to the Kickstarter audience. It teaches how to make and edit and improve existing websites using AI, based on 20+ years of experience. We have one specific tool we actually built and want the users to use. However the approach would be to teach them the "secrets" by basically promoting the course first, which is indeed more valuable than the tool itself (because it's transferable knowledge you can use on anything). The secondary goal is to actually promote the app (which does what the course teaches, but in an easy hand holding way). The course itself is based 20 years of experience of making websites in WordPress, Drupal, Magento and Shopify, and a couple of years of experience of actually doing that with AI. It will tell users practical ways of using Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and various image generation API to improve their existing websites (or build new ones). What's working great, like how they can actually do things with tested examples and approaches. Things we do day to day as an agency, and where the AI competencies fall short or simply fail. Also give them the opportunity to use our app that we created that actually allows you editing existing websites and connecting AI into their existing website. My question to the lovely audience: Is this the best way to actually launch a side project? How would you go about this? We got, the course built, the webinars, we also got obviously the tool / app. Is this the most effective way, or would you suggest anything else? submitted by /u/Deep_Luck_6587 [link] [comments]
