Original Summary
Every marketing thread here ends with a framework. Find your ICP, lead with value, follow up five times. I've never once seen the actual message. The DM, the email, the reply, the sentence on the call that turned a maybe into a card. So here's the ask. Paste it. The real one, names redacted, as you sent it. Then two lines under it: where it went (cold email, a reply in a thread, a demo call, a referral intro) and what the person said back. If it was a call, paste the one question you asked before they said yes. I'll be honest about why I'm asking. I've spent a year on content and search and I have never written a message that closed a customer. Not one. Every customer I've had found a page and signed up on their own, which sounds nice until you realize it means I can't reproduce it on purpose. I'd rather learn from twenty messages that worked than from one more playbook. Two rules so it stays useful. No product names needed, "a tool for dentists' scheduling" is enough, the message is the point. And if your message didn't work, that's welcome too, paste it with what you'd change. A message that got ignored teaches more than a rule that sounds right. I'll put every message into one comment tomorrow with the sender credited, sorted by channel, so anyone searching "how do I pitch my saas" lands on real sentences instead of advice. submitted by /u/mrkeyoor [link] [comments]
