Original Summary

I recently started building a B2B lead generation & sales outreach service, and one thing surprised me. I initially thought clients would want fancy dashboards, complex systems and tons of metrics. Turns out, a simple spreadsheet works. I give clients: The right companies & decision-makers Research and market intelligence Personalized outreach Outreach & follow-up status And then I actually do the outreach for them . They can essentially sit back and let the pipeline run. Meetings and conversions take time, but the market intelligence itself becomes a valuable asset for the client. I've managed to get a few clients onboard with this model. The challenge now is that the process is quite manual and doesn't scale easily . Great side hustle/service so far. Now I'm trying to figure out how to scale it without losing the quality. For anyone who's built a B2B outbound/lead-gen operation : what worked for you when scaling from manual execution to a larger pipeline? submitted by /u/ConstantDiscipline13 [link] [comments]
