Original Summary
I’ve been working on Kitaphone , a small side project that lets you call mobile phones and landlines internationally directly from your browser. The idea came from realizing how awkward it can still be to call things like: Hotels while traveling Embassies and government offices Banks Schools Businesses that don’t use WhatsApp You open the website, enter the number, add some credit, and make the call. No app installation and no SIM swap. I’ve recently added custom Caller ID, so you can verify your own phone number and have that number appear when you call someone. The project is still early, but I’ve started getting real users and my first paying customers, which has been pretty exciting after spending so much time building it. I’m currently trying to improve the onboarding, pricing, and overall experience. Would love some feedback from other builders: What would stop you from using something like this? https://kitaphone.com submitted by /u/FoodvibesMY [link] [comments]
