I'm starting to look into affiliate partnerships for my SaaS and honestly I'm not really sure where to begin. I understand the basic idea, find people who already have the right audience and give them a reason to recommend the product. But actually finding those people seems harder than I expected. For those of you who have an affiliate program that actually brings customers, how did you find your first affiliates? Did you contact creators manually, reach out to agencies, use affiliate networks, look through newsletters, communities, LinkedIn? Also curious what made people actually say yes when you contacted them.
