I need advice from you guys, i have a web agencay what builds everything. From WMS systems, to webshops to website's to order systems for restaurants to reservation systemns. Just systems that automate I can write the software infra etc But my sales are stuck, referals worked for me and am thinking about runnen google ads? whats your opinion on this? this is my mmr and revenue... How to scale up more? Am looking for succes story's; someone who did this before or experienced somewhere similar. I also tried making a cold lead engine but cold calling doesnt work and spamming mails wont either...
