I've spent years working with designers, factories and suppliers here. Small AI devices are what I can move fastest on. Sensors, cameras, voice, anything with a small board and a model running on it. I can get something designed, sampled and made in small batches, and I know the real cost because I'm buying every week. What I've never done is sell outside China. No customers, no distribution, no feel for what your market wants. So if you've got a small AI product idea and you can actually move it where you are, I'll cover the first samples.
