This is Ballista. You put an iPhone beside the hitter, hit normally off a tee, and the phone tracks the baseball immediately after contact to estimate: Exit velocity Launch angle Projected distance No radar gun. No Rapsodo. No external sensors. Just the camera. It is meant to be an alternative to multi-thousand dollar hardware hitting systems. We’ve been beating the hell out of this thing for the past few months and recently opened the new version to external testing.
