Every trip I've planned with friends starts the same way: someone drops an Instagram reel in the group chat, someone else screenshots a restaurant, and four months later there are 400 messages and nobody can find anything. My wife and I are going to Korea in October. We had about that many messages. So I built something that takes the chat export, pulls out every link, photo and place mentioned, translates etc and turns it into an actual map and list you can plan from together. What it does now: - Assign places to a day, so you get a real itinerary instead of a wishlist - Thumbs up/down per person, so you can see who actually wants to go where. If most of the group downvotes something it gets flagged and drops off the list - Filters for the contested stuff, which is where the arguments actually are - Works offline, because the underground has no signal and that's exactly when you need the map There's a live demo with real data from our trip (343 places, with our personal details and bookings faked out): no signup, you can click everything. I know UI still needs work, but more specifically: does the day-by-day view match how you'd actually plan? Is the voting thing useful or a gimmick?
