I kept seeing independent handymen managing leads in text messages, estimates in documents, jobs on a calendar and payments somewhere else. So I built a browser-based system that brings leads, estimates, jobs, invoices, deposits, final payments and follow-up dates into one workflow. It runs locally in the browser, requires no account and keeps the business data on the user’s device. There is no monthly subscription. Full disclosure: this is a commercial side project that I eventually intend to sell. It isn’t a chatbot, a generic template or an AI wrapper—it’s a working browser application. Before developing it further, I’m looking for five U.S. handyman owners willing to test it free for about 10 minutes. No credit card, no obligation and no request for a positive testimonial. I mainly want to learn what feels confusing, what is missing and whether the workflow would actually be useful in a real handyman business.
