Mobile behaviour and accessibility problems like missing alt text, unlabelled inputs and broken heading order. Broken links, dead pages and redirect chains. Conversion friction in the main journeys: nav, CTAs, forms, the path to actually contacting you. And quick wins separated from the bigger jobs, so you know what to do first.
