I'm building a tool that pulls and analyzes Google Reviews, and I keep going back and forth on who it's actually for. The obvious use case is a business analyzing its own reviews — "what do my customers like, what do they hate, what should I fix." Fine, that's been done a hundred times. But there's a use case I think is more interesting: market research before you even open. Say you're thinking about opening a dental clinic in a specific area. You pull the 15-20 competitors you'd actually be up against, drop their Google Maps links in, and get back an analysis built from thousands of their reviews — not your own, theirs.
