I’ve spent a serious amount of time on Tono it, an iOS keyboard that rewrites a message’s tone before I send it. The awkward part is that downloads are still thin, and I’m realizing I may be thinking too much like a builder and not enough like someone discovering it for the first time. I’m trying to learn rather than pitch. If you had a small, useful consumer tool with no audience yet, what single distribution channel would you test first for the first 100 genuinely interested users, and why?
