Original Summary
Three years running organic social, some for small local clients, some for my own faceless page. Phone, tripod, and me. My whole growth ceiling for a long time was simply how many posts I could physically produce in a week. The thing that actually moved was not a new hook formula, it was production. I started making the static social media graphics with AI instead of building every one by hand. What used to be a full afternoon per client became something I could batch in about an hour. Numbers from the last stretch: - Output roughly doubled, from around three posts a week per account to six or seven, without adding hours. - On my own faceless page, more consistent posting took me from a few thousand views a week to steadily over ten thousand. Nothing viral, just compounding from showing up more. - The saved time went straight into hooks and editing the video, which is still the part no tool does for me. The catch nobody mentions: once producing graphics stops being the limit, taste becomes the limit. Shipping more mediocre posts did nothing. The lift only came when I used the extra time to make the good ideas better, not to flood the feed. For anyone scaling content for a product or a service: where did your real bottleneck end up once volume was solved? Mine turned out to be judgment, not hours, and I wish I had known that sooner. submitted by /u/BeeSingle4702 [link] [comments]
