One of the biggest mistakes I see with SaaS founders: they're months into building and there's still nothing at their domain. No page, no email capture, nothing. That's a shame, because a waitlist page costs you an afternoon and gives you a list of people to talk to. When you finally launch, you already have testers instead of starting from zero.
