I’ve been building Contextify, an AI tool for short-form creators that analyzes video scripts and gives feedback on hooks, structure, pacing, SEO, etc. For a while, my biggest problem was getting anyone to try it. That part is finally starting to improve. In the last 7 days: 11 new signups 5 active users 6 analyses run Google Search CTR: 9.9% Average search position: 6.7 Over the last 3 months, Search Console shows 1.58k impressions and 86 organic clicks, so SEO is clearly starting to do something. The problem is retention. I have around 47 total users now, but very few come back regularly. I’ve had one power user analyze around 8 videos, so I know the product can be useful to someone, but most people seem to try it once and disappear. I’ve recently improved the product a lot too: AI chat that already knows your script, scores, and analysis Niche Studio to compare reference videos and find shared hooks/patterns Better analysis and overall UX At this point, I’m less interested in more signups and more interested in understanding why people don’t return . If you were looking at these numbers, what would you investigate first?
