Original Summary
I was reading Intercom’s latest AI sentiment report and one thing stood out. People seem much more open to AI support once they actually see it solve something. But trust drops pretty quickly when the issue gets complicated or needs judgment. Makes me think the real UX problem isn’t “how human can the bot sound?” It’s whether the customer knows there’s an easy way out when the AI gets it wrong. Curious if anyone running support has seen the same thing. submitted by /u/MembershipEmergency7 [link] [comments]
