About 8 percent of our MRR is at risk every month from failed payments. Dunning emails recover maybe half. The rest just churns silently. On a 300k MRR base that's 12k a month walking out the door because of expired cards and declined charges. We are using basic dunning through our billing platform but it feels like there should be a more sophisticated approach.
