How would you guys approach free tiers on AI character/personalized AI agent platform that mainly integrates to Discord + other communications channels? I own one that outgrown me and it has huge traction but relatively low conversions and MRR is stagnating at one point and churn is huge and I don't know how to measure why without the overhead. Currently manually outreaching churning customers via email. Maybe this B2C project's ICP is mainly people with no money/willing to pay?
