I'm currently building Sparrow , an AI chat platform, and I'm trying to figure out how to make it genuinely useful rather than just creating another alternative to ChatGPT, Claude, or Grok. My goal isn't simply to add more AI models or fancy features. I want to solve a real problem that people or businesses struggle with every day. Some features I'm exploring include: Multiple AI models in one place Web research with sources PDF and document analysis Coding and writing assistance AI agents that can actually perform tasks instead of just giving instructions But honestly, these features alone aren't enough. There are already plenty of AI tools available. I want to build something that solves a problem existing AI chatbots still struggle with. I'd love to hear from people who use AI regularly, build products, or run businesses. Here are a few questions I'm curious about: What's a frustrating or repetitive task you still have to do manually, even after using AI tools? What's something you wish ChatGPT, Claude, or Grok could do but they still can't do reliably? If you run a business, what's a costly problem you'd genuinely pay an AI tool to solve?
