I wanted to ask people who stopped using my app why they left. I sent surveys but almost nobody replied. Too many questions, or a text box asking why, and people just close the tab. So I built askghost. You send one question by email. The person clicks one of the answers and that's it, no login. They can add a short comment if they want. Turns out making it easy to answer mattered more than cutting the number of questions. Even one empty text box and people put it off. It's still early and pretty rough. First campaign is free for up to 50 people, no card. There's a sample on the landing page so you can see what your users would get. How do you get feedback from users who stopped coming back?
