Original Summary

I was getting so bored of opening dev tools, manually selecting different devices, and dragging the screen around every time I wanted to check my UI layouts. So this weekend, I built a simple, zero-server web utility to automate it. You just put in your localhost or live URL, hit 'Play', and it smoothly auto-cycles through mobile, tablet, and desktop viewports automatically. I built this using Astro and React (Islands Architecture) , so everything runs 100% locally in the browser using iframes and CSS scale transforms. No server uploads, completely private. Attached a quick GIF of how the auto-play works. It was a fun weekend project to speed up my workflow. Curious, how do you guys currently handle responsive testing without losing your minds resizing windows? submitted by /u/EnoughPair3193 [link] [comments]
