I've been working on a side project called PackPing, a Discord-based TCG restock alert platform. I started building it because I was tired of manually checking different retailers for card restocks, only to find everything sold out. It's now grown to 1,900+ collectors within 3 months and monitors 50+ stores across different TCGs, including Pokémon, One Piece, Gundam, Riftbound, and more. A few things I've built so far: Real-time restock and sold-out alerts Personal product watchlists English/Japanese product filtering Direct links to products Personalized alerts and drop reminders The core alerts are free, with an optional paid tier for additional functionality. It's been interesting trying to balance providing enough value for free while making the paid features worthwhile. I'm still building and improving it, so I'd love some feedback from other developers and founders.
