I added BYOK (bring your own API key) support to my AI side project today. The idea is to let users use their own API keys without paying extra for AI usage. But I'm wondering whether this actually helps with signups or just creates more friction during onboarding. Has anyone tried offering both BYOK and built-in AI usage?
