Original Summary
I'm starting to realize that building the product might actually be the easier part. I spent most of my time developing features, improving the user experience, and making sure everything works. Now that the product is live, I'm facing a completely different challenge: getting people to actually try it. I'm currently experimenting with organic marketing because I want to validate the product before investing in paid advertising. For those of you who have successfully launched a SaaS: How did you get your first 100 users? Which organic acquisition channel worked best? What was your biggest mistake during the early stages? I'm particularly interested in hearing from solo founders who started with little or no marketing budget. Would love to hear your experiences! submitted by /u/Aware-Pilot-1419 [link] [comments]
