Original Summary

I'm currently building a B2B SaaS and struggling to land my first user. Before this, I ran a B2C language app and got 600+ users fairly easily just by posting consistently on TikTok and in Facebook groups. But B2B feels like an entirely different game. So far, I’ve tried: - Cold email: Sent about 30 emails (I know this is a small sample, but I kept them personalised to my ICP). - Social media X and Reddit - posted on HN (didn't got any engagement on it) For those of you who have made it past zero: - What was the specific channel or tactic that got your first 10 actual users? - How did you handle the mindset shift if you transitioned from B2C to B2B? Would love to hear what worked for you in the early days. Thanks submitted by /u/ankushdogra21 [link] [comments]
