I probably build 10+ SaaS nobody asked for. So I tried the opposite...found a SaaS which knows it has customer and offers whitelabeling. Put my brand on it and purely focused on marketing through Linkedin outrach and organic UGC videos (tiktok, IG, YT). 2 months later I am at $3.9k MRR, zero product code written by me.
