Original Summary
I'm building TurtleTask with a simple idea: track your tasks in a sheet, then use the tools around it to keep the plan up to date. It combines progress tracking and one-click actions with reporting you can use for management updates. The aim is to keep everyday project management straightforward. The attached demo shows one part of that: moving a task in a fictional project and seeing dependent dates update. If you manage projects in a spreadsheet, what tends to take more effort: keeping the plan current, or preparing the management update?
