Original Summary

I started building my SaaS project with a lot of hope, and it has now reached a fairly mature stage. I have both free and paid plans ready, and I’ve been trying to promote it wherever I can, including Reddit, Instagram, and X. Some of my posts even get removed immediately. But after almost two months, I still haven’t gotten a single customer. Honestly, this period has been pretty exhausting for me, both financially and mentally. I’ve reached the point where I’m questioning what I’m doing wrong and what I should actually be focusing on next. How can I reach people without spending money? How do I find the places where my product might actually get some attention? I’d really like to hear from people who have gone through this process from scratch and eventually started getting customers for their SaaS. How did you find your first customers? Did you focus on content, SEO, communities, direct outreach, Product Hunt, social media, or something completely different? And if you were starting from zero again today, what would you do differently? (I didn't provide many details or links about my project because I thought it might be against the rules.) submitted by /u/KanuniLabs [link] [comments]
