Original Summary
Think about it. They pay every month. They never complain. They don’t request features. They don’t contact support. They don’t discover bugs. Beautiful people. The worst customers are the ones who actually use your software. These people have opinions. They find problems. They expect things to work. Some of them even read your documentation. Very disturbing behavior. So my advice is to make your SaaS just useful enough that people subscribe. But not interesting enough that they open it. You’re not building software. You’re building a monthly bank transaction. And that, my friends, is recurring revenue. submitted by /u/pavlito88 [link] [comments]
