I'm the developer (solo founder in Cluj, Romania). Looking for feedback, not just stars. Cinderpaw is a free, Apache-2.0 desktop AI agent (Rust/Tauri host, TypeScript agent, React UI) that runs on your own computer. What it does differently: - Memory you can read sentence by sentence, each with a Forget button - Asks before anything you can't undo (posting, deleting, installing) - Can build itself small tools (when it has no tool, it writes one and asks before running) - Desktop app for Win/Mac/Linux, voice, built-in browser you can watch - Talk to it from Discord/Telegram/Slack etc. - Bring your own model: local or OpenRouter/any OpenAI-compatible We just shipped v2026.10.16. Still very early (~10 stars), so honest critique helps more than praise.
