Original Summary
I just built version 1 of BodyLab, a website where you can explore a 3D muscular model, select a muscle and find exercises that work it. I'm the developer. You can play an exercise demonstration, rotate the view, slow it down or scrub through a rep. There are also primary/secondary muscle highlights, equipment filters, technique cues and common mistakes. https://bodylab-gamma.vercel.app/ The exercise catalogue is still small in this first version. Before I add a lot more, I'd like to know whether this is something people would actually come back to. Would you use it more if the catalogue included more exercises? Which specific movements or equipment would you want added first? And is anything about selecting a muscle or starting a demonstration confusing? submitted by /u/Necessary_Corner2353 [link] [comments]
