Original Summary
I develop Pati ve Fare and Work & Pay, two Android apps currently in closed testing. My small side project around them is a volunteer circle for developers who want to keep helping each other with current and future apps. It is a Google Group for coordination, and currently has just my own account as its one member. The workflow I am putting together is simple: A developer shares the app description, test opt-in link and Play install link. Volunteers choose the apps they can actually test on an Android phone. Feedback includes the device/Android version, what was tried, and reproducible problems. A redacted installation screenshot can support an installation claim. List access, Play opt-in, installation, actual use and a completed testing period are tracked separately. There are no fees or required positive reviews, and no promise of Google approval. Joining the group alone does not grant access to any Play test. Each app needs its own access and opt-in steps. I would appreciate feedback from other builders: what would make an exchange like this reliable for you? Which check-in format would you actually keep using, and how would you handle someone who stops responding? If you want to help shape it or volunteer for ongoing test exchanges, you can join and introduce your app here: https://groups.google.com/g/ciselsoft-reciprocal-android-tests Email coordination is available. Optional WhatsApp coordination can be arranged privately by mutual agreement; please keep phone numbers and personal account emails out of public comments. submitted by /u/Interesting-Chest506 [link] [comments]
