Original Summary
I built a system for myself. Not as a business idea or because I saw a gap in the market. I was working full time, starting a family, trying to balance everything I had to do along with the things I wanted to do - I needed a system that made all of it work together. I had goals and ideas that only ever got talked about. Responsibilities I was always catching up on. Areas of my life that weren’t getting the proper attention. It was like I always had a bunch of open tabs in my head without a good place to put it all. For over ten years the same idea kept finding me as a way to solve this problem. The same picture would appear in my head - the different areas of my life connected like spokes on a wheel. Each one with its own space to capture it all. I tried everything else out there. Nothing worked the way I was envisioning. Then AI changed everything - it gave me the tools to finally build this myself. And what started as a simple idea for organizing tasks and schedules into areas became a full personal operating system. Here’s what changed in my life. Things I need to do get done sooner. Every feature and enhancement idea, every bug or issue identified - captured with detailed notes in its own section of the plan the moment it occurred to me. Nothing lived in my head or got buried in notes. It all had a place. And each day the most important items to work on got pinned and factored into my daily plans. Business Planning and Content each had their own spaces. Forming the LLC. Business bank account. Legal documents. App Store submissions. Videos scripted and produced. Social strategy planned. All tracked as active projects that include objectives and tasks with real progress. Beta testing was a shared Life Area with my testers. Feedback, bug reports, and feature suggestions all in one collaborative space. Nothing lost in text threads or email chains. And Family, Home, Work, Health, and Finances never got dropped. Because each of them — along with everything above — had its own dedicated space and got the time needed in my daily plans. Everything blended together in one unified system. I didn’t just get more organized. I got more consistent. More focused. More persistent to follow through on everything I wanted to accomplish. Not because of pure grit — because the system made it the natural thing to do. And the process its
